Billing is Full-Fees.
Some major insurances are accepted.
Rates:
$240 for the initial assessment session.
$200 per 55-minute session
Our practice accepts MEDICARE insurance.
Please, bring your cards (Primary and Secondary Insurance) information and I will bill those directly. Otherwise, it will be considered an “out-of-network” provider.
All other medical insurance companies – You’ll be provided with a billing statement and the necessary information required by insurance companies, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Full Payment is expected at the time of service.
To find out how much your insurance company will reimburse you, please contact your insurance company in advance and ask how much it will reimburse you for the specific service you are seeking; for example, individual therapy or couples therapy. It also is recommended you ask your insurer the percentage of the psychologist’s fees it will reimburse if there are deductibles and the number of sessions allowed under your plan.
Payment and Co-payment are due at each session unless we agree otherwise.
In circumstances of financial hardship. I accept a fees adjustment or payment installment plan.
